BUDGET HEARING

The Town of Blaine will hold a Public Hearing on the proposed budget on Tuesday, November 8, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. at the Northland Community Center. The proposed budget will be posted at the Northland Community Center, Town Recycle/Dump area, Hillside Inn, the town web site and the clerks’ home for inspection by calling 715-466-4884.

Notice is hereby given that a special town meeting of the Town of Blaine, Burnett County, WI, will be held on Tuesday, November 8, 2011 immediately following the completion of the Public Hearing on the proposed budget which begins at 6:00 p.m. at the Northland Community Center, a special town meeting of the electors called pursuant to Sec. 60-12 (1) (a) of WI Statutes by the town board for the following purpose.

• To approve the 2011 town tax levy to be paid in 2011 pursuant to Section 60.10 (1) (a) of WI Statutes.

To approve the total highway expenditures for 2012 pursuant to Section 82.03 of WI Statutes.

Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, November 8, 2011, immediately following the completion of the special town electors meeting, the town board will meet to adopt the 2012 proposed budget for the town of Blaine.
