TOWN OF BLAINE
PUBLIC BUDGET MEETING
NOVEMBER 10, 2009
BUDGET HEARING: November 10, 2009: The Budget Meeting was opened by Chairman Dyson. Marty Pearson moved to approve the minutes. Don Carlson seconded. Motion passed. Motion was made by Don to accept the 2009 Budget (enclosed), seconded by Marty. Motion passed. Motion to adjourn the Budget Meeting was made by Don, seconded by Marty. Motion passed.
ROAD MEETING: November 10, 2009: The Road Meeting was called to order by Chairman Dyson. Don moved, Marty seconded to accept the minutes. Motion passed. Marty made the motion that the Town not spend more than $5,000.00 per mile on roads in the coming year. Don seconded. Motion passed. Don moved, Marty seconded to adjourn the Road Meeting. Motion passed.
TOWN LEVY MEETING: November 10, 2009: Chairman Dyson called the Town Levy Meeting to order. Don moved, Marty seconded to accept the minutes as read. Motion passed. Marty moved, Don seconded that the Town levy be set at .002. Motion passed. Don made the motion to close the Town Levy Meeting, Marty seconded. Motion passed.
